I also think tsukuyomi works here because of the very specific mechanics behind outer realm and tsukuyomi. Win by ko or killing opponent. Since the absorber path and the deva path are the only ones who can do anything about amaterasu itachi can probably just put them in a gengutsu then amaterasu them immediately after when they have no control.
